What is the process you use to clean the windows in my home?
We hand clean the windows as opposed to using a pressure washer. Window frames are cleaned of cobwebs, screens are cleaned, and tracks are also cleaned.
What do you use in your water?
We use a specially designed window cleaning solution that leaves no film or streaks on the glass.
We do not use dish washing soap, most dishwashing soaps leave an invisible film on the windows, which cause the windows to get dirty again quicker.
Do you clean the screens?
Yes, it is very important to clean the screens. If the screens are not cleaned and it rains, the window behind the screen will get dirty again.
Do you clean the window tracks?
Yes, if the tracks are already fairly clean we wipe them out no extra charge. However, some tracks are quite dirty. When we detail a track it often takes as long as it does to clean the window.
We do an excellent job of detailing tracks. We do charge for detailing tracks, but clean tracks really complete the job and make the windows look awesome.

Can you put my business on a regular maintenance program?
Yes, we will put your business on our route, we have many restaurants, storefronts, and offices that we do on a regular maintenance program.
Do you have a minimum charge for commercial route work?
No. Your business is likely very close to businesses we are already servicing. Therefore there usually is no extra travel time involved and we can keep our prices down.
Do you do multi-story buildings?
Yes, we do a lot of mid-rise buildings.
How do you clean high windows?
Whatever the situation calls for, we may use ladders up to 30ft.
